pertenece a Ugel 02)<\/li><li>Constancia de Conducta<\/li><li>Constancia de No Adeudar y Reporte de Puntualidad en Pagos del Colegio de Procedencia.<\/li><li>Informe Psicol\u00f3gico.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NOTA:<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En caso no completara los documentos solicitados la matr\u00edcula no ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida y el nombre del alumno no constar\u00e1 en las N\u00f3minas Oficiales.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n matricular el Padre, la Madre y\/o Apoderado legal del ni\u00f1o(a), siempre que cumplan con
